Square One

These are my thoughts on a discussion that Michael says took place earlier today.

Yes, as a dog who likes to watch TV all day, it's nice to have reruns of Party of Five and Beverly Hills 90210 on now. I can even catch the A-Team from time to time. However, I refuse to watch the Hilarious House of Frightenstein due to its inherent creepiness. It is however interesting to read about the copyright issues they encountered when trying to produce DVDs of the show. I also did not remember that it was a Canadian produced show.

On the other hand... two shows I could definitely stand to see back on TV are Where in the World is Carmen San Diego? and Square One (featuring Mathnet).

Everyone remembers Carmen San Diego (even if they can't remember where Virginia is... infuriating!). But apparently not everyone knows the greatness of Square One. Especially popular among nerds, Square One was essentially extra school, focused on math. Much was learned, tricks were passed on, and problems were solved, such as: Fluff and Fold are being swindled by a crooked lawyer. They were left an inheritance, but are being given less than their fair share due to the lawyers misuse of fractions.

Check out this (including Angle Dance, Nine Nine Nine, plus Kid N Play and The Fat Boys!) and this for more info and clips.
