I'm a little torn because my favourite toy is in fact a penguin, but I still will cheer for the Senators. They looked really good for most of the game tonight. Even the guys I was a little worried about like Redden and Corvo played really well. I thought Corvo looked fantastic out there.
I'm not too sure about a couple of calls though... Maybe the refs have swung too far the other way and are cracking down too hard on Sidney Crosby. He got a phantom hooking penalty and supposedly kicked the puck into the net, so his first goal was called back. I guess we should take those calls whenever we can get them though...
In other hockey playoff action... Michael's team (Jumec) lost to Modern in a shootout. So Modern moves on and Jumec finishes out of the medals. Sadly, it also looks like the Isotopes are just a game from elimination too.
